I came to coaching because I love authentic connections with people. I’m at my personal best when I work alongside those who know they can follow their dreams and tap into the best version of themselves. Coaching allows me to combine my diverse skills, strengths, and experience in a creative way.

I’ve held numerous corporate, coaching, consulting and volunteer positions over the past 25 years, including those in brand management, sales and marketing, and investment banking, at General Mills, Johnson & Johnson, and Kidder, Peabody. I am on the Preferred Executive Coach registry for Stanford Graduate School of Business alumni and provide pro bono individual and group coaching for executives in the United Nations. I coach fellows in the World Economic Forum’s Global Leadership Program, designed for those who want to enhance leadership potential in mission-driven private and public sector organizations. I also develop and lead 3-part leadership development programs for corporate clients that consist of workshops, 1:1 coaching and 360 assessments, and I am a Coach and Trainer for Ginger, a global leadership communications firm.

I received an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and trained at the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), through which I became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). I am also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and am certified (ORSCC) as an Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching by the Center for Right Relationship. I am certified in the Hogan Assessments, the Leadership Circle Profile 360 assessment and development tool and leadership culture survey, as well as by Team Coaching International in their Team Assessments. I am certified in the Global Executive Leadership Mirror (GELM) through my international work with INSEAD and the Kets de Vries Institute in London, and am also a graduate of CTI's 10-month Co-Active Leadership Program. I hold a BA from Tufts University, where I was a Phi Beta Kappa member and graduated Summa cum laude. Please refer to my LinkedIn profile to learn more about my work history.

My hobbies include yoga, jewelry and furniture design, writing, hiking, mixed media artwork, and Pilates. And of course, talking, writing, blogging, and tweeting about leadership and empowerment. My coaching is high on authenticity, fun and humor—I love my job! Please contact me if you’d like to work together.
